Seminar «Open Science of Russia»
(Special Event by NEICON)
The seminar is held for employees and graduate students of institutes of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, scientists and teachers, graduate students, students, employees of scientific libraries and leaders of science in Novosibirsk, the Novosibirsk region and the Siberian Federal District. The seminar "Open Science of Russia" will discuss issues related to the implementation of the project "Open Science of Russia", the evolution of the infrastructure of scientific communications in the context of digital transformation, the development of open access in a pandemic, the attitude of the Russian scientific community to open access, legal literacy of users of scientific information, changing attitudes towards preprints, the impact of open access on climate science.
