About the conference

The International Scientific-Practical Conference «Science, Technology and Information in Libraries (LIBWAY-2020)» took place online on September 14–17, 2020.

853 participants from 54 cities and towns of Russia took part in the conference (Abakan, Aleysk, Aleksandrovsky Zavod village, Arkhangelsk, Barnaul, Belgorod, Belokurikha, Blagoveshchensk, Velikiye Luki, Vladivostok, Vokhma village, Yekaterinburg, Izhevsk, Irkutsk, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Kyzyl, Magnitogorsk, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Nadym, Nizhneudinsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Pavlovsky Posad, Perm, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, Pyatigorsk, Rostov-on-Saleh, Ryaz , Samara, St. Petersburg, Saransk, Sevastopol, Snezhnogorsk, Surgut, Tavricheskoe village, Togliatti, Tomsk, Ulan-Ude, Ufa, Khabarovsk, Cheboksary, Chelyabinsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Yakutsk, Yaroslavl) and cities of Australia, Azerbaijan, Algeria , Belarus, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, Canada, Latvia, USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, France, Sri Lanka, Estonia.

5 sections, 4 panel discussions, 3 round tables were held, at which 169 reports were heard. In addition, an open lecture and a special seminar took place.
